Meet Aleksandra Teluk, Osteopath, Physiotherapist & Classical Homeopath With a long-standing background in competitive athletics and swimming, followed by formal training in physiotherapy and osteopathy, I have spent my entire life exploring how the human body functions, adapts, and heals. My early sports career—shaped by movement, injury, and recovery—sparked a lifelong curiosity about physiology and the interconnected nature of health. This foundation guided me through my Physiotherapy degree at the Academy of Physical Education (AWF) in Poland, further osteopathic studies at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO), and later advanced education in classical homeopathy at the Slovak Academy of Classical Homeopathy (SAKH). In my clinical work, I integrate structural and cranial osteopathy with classical homeopathy to address the whole person—physically, emotionally, and energetically. I focus on understanding the deeper patterns behind symptoms: how tension forms, why the body compensates the way it does, and how life experiences and subconscious dynamics influence physical wellbeing. This combined approach allows me to support not only the musculoskeletal system, but also the underlying physiological and emotional processes that shape how the body functions. My focus is always to restore balance by working with the body’s innate intelligence, releasing restrictions, improving fluid and nerve flow, supporting the mind–body system through homeopathic remedies that address deeper imbalances. Whether working with adults, children, or newborns, I aim to guide each individual back to their natural state of harmony, resilience, and presence.
