I was quite disappointed with this treatment. The hotel wasn't as nice as I expected, it felt quite downmarket. I was seen on time and the beautician was nice enough, but it was a very standard pedicure, it was meant to be peppermint and green tea, I didn't see either! I could have had a similar pedicure at numerous other places far cheaper!

Treatment time over 40 minutes less than advertised and paid for. Staff complained openly about treatment tine while I waited. Facial good but other two treatments too short. Didn't feel pampered. Complained to hotel a week ago. No response.

Stayed over night with dinner and breakfast including a spa treatment, perfect present and could not have asked for more staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough, will definitely be back
This was meant to be a reimbursement for my last treatments that had to be cancelled last min at another venue,
I wasn't impressed with the facilities as the were very dated, and in need of an update, the jacuzzi jets did not work properly and there was way to much chlorine in the water as my husband and my eyes smarted from the minute getting in, therefore we couldn't stay long in there, therefore our day wasn't that good,
Not much room to wak around the pool either, my massage was good but my husband said his wasn't, he came out feeling a lot worst that before and regrets having one.
wonderful night away with best friend loved the massages plus sauna and steam room
