lovely day out, felt like a special day, so relaxing, bar prices for meals can be high depending on what you ordered. This was not included in our voucher but you can get on with it in.

The staff were very kind and helpful but the inclusive meal (we got the deal from wowcher) was shocking on Friday night when we arrived. We had to wait 40 minutes for our drinks, and my main course - the chicken - was so dry I had to eat half of my partners steak. Because of the appalling meal, this resulted in the staff giving us 2 rounds of free drinks, as well as surpassing the surcharge on the starters and mains. This could be avoided in the future if more staff & better training was provided

Really lovely stay the hotel and room was great the bed a dream, the spa and treatments was great my husband had the back massage he said he feels like a new man. the staff were really helpful everything was really lovely great stay.
We had such a lovely stay hotel lovely staff really helpful and the spa such a lovely treat.
