upon our stay, our fruit bowl wasn't in our room, nor was our robes (this was specified in the site) we had to call several times.
Spa facilities was good. Everything working.
The staff and the service were excellent nothing was too much for them to keep us happy, Unfortunately afternoon tea wasnt great we have had better and i do feel they could improve of the quality and quantity of afternoon tea.
Dinner was so much better was tasty and presented lovely.
The pool area was a little disappointing the Jacuzzi was really cold which was off putting.
The beauty treatments and staff were great my lady was very pleasant and informative which was a personal touch.
We had an absurd amount of problems with Hilton, Bracknell during the initial booking process. Treatwell, and our concierge, Keiron were brilliant in getting thinsg sorted.
The venue itself was okay, however for afternoon tea we were served what we are certain was supermarket-bought cupcakes and certainly not what we expected!
The restaurant wasn't able to arrange for halal chicken and so we had limited choice on the menu for dinner.
Fantastic staff at the hotel. Cannot speak highly enough of the friendliness from the receptionist Desi to the staff in the restaurant. My friends massage could’ve been better as no question was asked about pressure. Otherwise fantastic and would book it all again
