Amazing food, had evening meal and breakfast. Large choice for breakfast.
Comfy bed and good size room.
Use of gym, swimming pool, bubble pool, sauna.
Overall a lovely relaxing weekend
I love The Hilton, Bracknell. It's Hubby&my favourite spa break venue. We go every year at least twice (for our birthdays) and the staff, service, and everything included is AMAZING! So much attention to detail and "extra mile" perks.
Angela is the best for massage.
The lady behind the bar this time made a mean Espresso Martini.
They delivered extra (birthday) cake-bites to our room free AND gave us each a free drink... I just can't fault them!
Bought spa weekend for present. Guests really enjoyed themselves and said they had a lovely time with no issues.
Three friends and I visited as part of an overnight spa break in December 2019. The young lady who massaged us all, one after the other, was fabulous - we cannot praise her highly enough! Facilities were lovely but could have done with more loungers by the pool. One hotel room was missing bottled water and a hair dryer but everything else was wonderful. We really enjoyed all our meals and felt that the package we booked was brilliant value for money - we would definitely come again!
Unfortunately our visit went from bad to worse before we even arrived. Our spa treatments were cancelled on the day due to lack of staff, poor food in restaurant for both afternoon tea & dinner. Unprofessional wait staff. Waited nearly one hour to be served dinner. Pool area is extremely busy and over occupied, nearly impossible to swim. Fire alarm repeatedly activated after using the shower for 2 minutes. I could go on. All in all, a poor experience. A full refund has been requested.
