Good bikini wax. Although a little confusing where the beauty room is as upstairs is a hairdressers and the lady there wasn't very helpful.

I wan't feeling so well when I had this treatment. I was disappointed that they didn't know I was coming as they did not check their treatwell emails or something, but I didn't mind waiting as I was tired and we all make mistakes. My facial was very relaxing, they space is a bit odd, a cavernous room under the salon. Choose to have treatment at quiet times eg, 3-5 as I imagine school runs make for a quieter salon so less people stepping around upstairs if you are prone to noise disturbance. My facial was very deep and I also enjoyed being offered other typed of facials, where she should help with my problem areas. I would go back and give Alex another go as she is very warm and I got a great caring vibe from her.
