Never got the massage which was booked in as a surprise gift the lady in the salon was very apologetic but as this salon is part of a group I would have expected a better service I was not very happy and felt very annoyed that we had to travel in the rain to find out it was a waste of time who ever organised the appointment online needs to be spoken to my partner now doesn't want to go back because of the disappointment sorry for the bad review but that's how it goes

I arrived early for the appointment, the salon was closed! At my appointment time I received an email saying they’d had to cancel my appointment due to sickness. Whilst I understand sickness happens and my booking was made late in the day, surely if there’s sickness the online booking should be updated to not take bookings! Whilst apologies were sent , there was no offer to rebook my appointment. Very unprofessional. No option to give no star rating so one star given .
