Andy the hairdresser is excellent and skilled hairdresser, he knows right away the exact hairstyle that I want. The hair wash and the head massage was also great. I don’t have any complaints to the skills and professionalism of the hairdresser team except for the place being so dusty and the hair brush that’s full of hair and not washed for days maybe because the staff are all busy, other than that I highly recommend Hairology Salon. Booked via Treatwell and paid in advance. When I arrived they said they hadn’t updated their prices on the app and that I would have to pay more. Really not very professional and felt like I didn’t have a choice but to pay extra since I was already there. Not a great start to a treatment. Blow dry was good overall.
If you’re advertising a service and taking bookings / money for it, then you should honour that or update your prices. If you can’t do that then get off the app.

Hair wash was good. The blow dry was extremely rushed. My hair was damp at the roots when he finished. Because of how rushed he was, the final product was frizzy, unruly, and crown was flat even though I said to give volume. It seemed to be more about just getting it done as opposed to doing a good job.
I booked on treatwell and it said £18 to pay at venue. After the blow dry the man insisted it was £22. Very unprofessional. Waste of £22 and 45 minutes.
