Gemma did a lovely job with the colour, can’t fault her for her attention to detail. But several other clients were booked in during my appointment so she was rushing a lot, and took the work experience girl almost 40 minutes just to get my hair dry - not give it a proper blow dry. Didn’t want to be nasty as she seemed very new but needs to be better trained before let loose on clients.

Such a relaxing experience!! The staff really look after you whilst you’re there. Gemma is amazing!! She’s so knowledgeable about everything and so welcoming and friendly. You don’t leave a customer but as a friend. I don’t let anyone else touch my hair after going to Hair House Boutique.
