A conveniently located salon with friendly staff. Whilst there are more sophisticated and fancy salons in Covent Garden, the great value price outweighs the lack of ambience.

After having the best threading ever here, I rebooked just in time for my holidays. This time, I was told the usual lady wasn't in and somebody else (I now suspect barely qualified or out of practice) from the downstairs hair dressers would do them. I didn't mind being in the salon as opposed to the upstairs beauty room, as all of the staff are friendly and welcoming.
However, my brows (after requesting to keep them as thick as possible) ended up noticeably uneven and really thin. I asked to add on a tint and waited a further 15 minutes to be told they had no time. Ultimately I felt like an inconvenience, and was actually told "it is best to book Monday-weds" (this was a Friday). If you have not got the correct staff in, perhaps do not accept bookings on these days.. It is a real shame as I usually love coming to this salon, but this experience has really put me off.
