No wecoming greeting, just confusion because I hadn't washed my own hair..sat straight at the wash station, my hair washed and the water sprayed all over my left shoulder. Two small head massage just over my ear. My head was towelled dry and same towel put around my shoulders. No consultation, just question about my parting. My hair was pulled, the brush smashing into my head and knots caught in brush, very painful when she tried to remove it

I was seen by Kindu not a Ranjit . Kindu is very professional and always goes out her way to make me feel comfortable. She always put the customer first and builds a rapport . If it was not for her I would have not continued to attend the Salon as my earlier experience was not great . Keep
