Such a good experience tge hairstylist wasn’t rough with my hair and it came out so good and neat

Not perfect. However, they did take my booking last minute and promised to accommodate me. I did have to wait an hour but I take responsibility for it. The lady who braided my hair did a great job however her weave application was shocking. It had to be taken out and done again by another lady who did a good job.
But I couldn’t stay to have it styled because id been there for 4 hrs so had to do it at home. Although improvement is necessary, I appreciate the apology and think they will do better
