Sarah at Go With The Flow Massage is a rare find. I would highly recommend booking in a treatment with her, and have in fact visited several times for a range of treatments.

What is different about Go with the Flow~Massage?

Hello, I am an independent massage therapist, doing what I love: helping others who help themselves. I don’t work in a busy salon doing back-to-back treatments as I prefer to take time to treat each client as an individual.

My massage style has been described as a cross between deep tissue and Swedish massage; I aim to aid relaxation as well as therapeutic release of muscle tension.

Learning to relax fully releases powerful endorphins that continue to heal, well after a treatment has finished, counter-acting the very causes of tension. This is why I combine techniques to help induce a state of slumber whilst also manipulating out stored tensions.

A good massage should leave you feeling freer in tight areas whilst also having ‘switched gear’ to a peaceful, more content state.

I believe that you know your body best so please feel free to guide each treatment to suit your, individual, requirements. Unlike some, I do not believe that massage should be painful: pain creates tension – which undermines the objective of massage.

I look forward to helping you achieve a wonderful sense of well-being!

Sarah
