Kristan is a fully qualified, registered and insured therapist. He has been practising since 2015 and has previously worked within various clinics, sports clubs and gyms, leading him to open his own practice in 2017. Kristan's training is in Sports Therapy, with a keen interest in manual therapy. Treatment techniques include sports massage, deep tissue massage, injury assessment, injury treatment, postural assessment, trigger points, myofascial release, soft tissue release, joint mobilisations and kinesiology taping. This wide range of options provides an excellent toolkit to achieve the results you need. Kristan is a registered member of the Sports Therapy Organisation. Membership requires CPD (continued professional development) to be maintained each year, so you can trust that you are in safe hands and being treated with the latest and most effective techniques. Treatments may be claimed back through health/insurance providers so long as your cover includes the Sports Therapy Organisation (STO).
