Our Bootcamps run for 4 weeks either two or three times per week, early morning, evening or in some cases lunch times. The groups are kept to a maximum of 15 people to ensure that everyone gets personal attention. Our personal training background is apparent in the style of our camps, trainers know your name, your progress level and take an active interest in your training. Smaller groups help boot camp members get to know each other and develop team spirit, it’s great to watch people that didn't know each other a week ago, work together to achieve something great, many of our customers leave the camps great friends.
After a brief warm up you'll be taken through some cardio drills, resistance work, abs and core work and then on to our specially designed fat burning kick boxing drills.
Fit Box Bootcamp is designed so that a person of absolutely any fitness level could take part in the sessions. During the first week you are shown some basic kick boxing techniques and we progress from there. Kick boxing is amazing high intensity cardio, perfect for shedding fat so we've built our camp with kick boxing combinations at its core. Through almost 15 years experience in the personal training industry we know what exercises get results and what routines people enjoy, Fit box Bootcamp is the product of that combination.
