I had shellac manicure and pedicure and the service was great, clean ambient and nice staff
I wish there was such thing as 0 stars! This class was absolutely ridiculous and certainly not worth it's full price of £250.
Firstly, there were 10 people crammed into a tiny room, which Felicity openly admitted she over booked. Due to this, a few of the girls didn't have tools to work with during the course and had to sit there whilst the rest of us were 'taught'.
Everything felt very school like with Felicity telling one of the girls to turn around, opposed to facing the way she would be teaching.
Felicity couldn't answer basic questions and when she did, it felt as if she made up the answer. For example, Felicity said you CANNOT take off lashes and put a new set on, on the same day. However, when questioned about this as myself and a few of the other girls wear semi perm lashes and have had our lashes taken off and replaced on the same day, Felicity said 'well, I guess so'.
For someone that is suppose to be teaching us, we needed certainty. Not guesswork!
She also missed so many vital learning points such as:
Health and safety
How to clean tools
Maintenance
Aftercare - when asked this she said she would email this over... I had to chase her for this before receiving it.
You also don't walk away with a certificate, as promised, but given homework which we were told was a national requirement however, the way the questions were worded and spelt, it's extremely hard to believe a examining body wrote such questions.
I would not recommend this parlour to anyone. Whether getting a treatment or taking a course.
Extremely unhappy!
Salon is very outdated. Very few gel nails colours, and was told to open all the varnishes to find the colour I wanted. A lady started filing my nails, only for her to one nail then stop because she didn't know what to do! I then had to wait whilst another finished with a client. Hilarious experience but won't be returning.

I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need to as I honestly can not believe a salon in this state is allowed to be kept open by authorities. It's dirty and staff do not know what they are doing! I was so furious at the condition and the level of treatment I was receiving I demanded a full refund back. I guess you get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs!!!

I only went for a quick trim so can't fault the treatment itself. The salon itself is so-so but you get what you pay for
