Staff was very rude and made myself and a friend pay double the price that was stated. My hair wasn’t even dried properly after a wet cut and bits of my hair was longer than others. Definitely won’t be going back or recommend to anyone. Stay away
I went for an appointment at 10 am, when the salon opened and didn't even get seated until quarter past as the stylist hadn't arrived. I went in asking for a curly perm because I'd had one before but my straight roots were showing, and when I left my hair was actually less curly that when I went in! The stylist seemed very judgy as well. Would not recommend

Bad customer service and an awful hair cut, very disappointed, had to have it re cut somewhere else.

I've followed a previous feedback, so, I thought that they know what they are doing. I was a bit disappointed that the place was not very clean, the staff keep on chatting between them or on the phone while doing customers, they even ate in front of the customers.... And the perm after all, the good thing is that my hair does not look damaged, but it does not look curly either.... All 4 hours, when online said 1, and for 60 £....
