Arrived for my 4 year old twin girls appointment to be told hairdresser was running late and if we could wait at least 40mins! I was not even informed about this ridiculous delay. Very unprofessional and I’m surprised by the earlier reviews. Would never return here and would NOT RECOMMEND this place.
