I didn't have a treatment done as it was fully booked, but I enjoyed my stay immensely. The dinner was delicious and the staff were very accommodating.
I booked the spa break as an anniversary present for my partner and it was nothing short of excellent. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who made us feel immediately welcome. The room we stayed in was outstanding, very classy and comfortable. The bottle of prosecco delivered to the room on arrival was a great touch.
Our full body massages were excellent, the ideal stress relief. The hotels restaurant surprised me, it was much classier than I expected, not the type of restaurant you would associate with a lot of hotels. The food was great and the service was first class. Breakfast was also delicious, I personally will never complain about a buffet breakfast, and this breakfast really had a bit of everything.
Overall a superb experience, would certainly recommend this to anyone.
Check in was at 14:00 pm and we got told over the phone that the room would be ready any time after mid day , we arrived at 14:30 pm and was told that we had to wait 1 hour for our room to be cleaned.
Food was lovely , very nice , but small portions.
Executive room was amazing.
Missed a jacuzzi in the spa area though !!
Couldn't get through to the spa to book treatments. Tried a number of times and contacted hotel to complain. I eventually got a response after my second email saying they had tried to contact me and the Spa is now full. I was not told I had to book a table in the restaurant so on arrival found we had to eat in the bar. Having said all this, the bar was comfortable, clean, the staff were attentive and the food was delicious, no complaints there. I stayed in an executive room which was very clean and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was average. A disappointing stay as a package unfortunately.
Absolutely brilliant! the staff couldn't have been happier to help - great facilities, wonderful rooms. A thoroughly relaxing weekend. We will be coming again¬
