This hotel location is easily found, just off the motorway is almost right there. As a short break, we had booked the weekend package which included the executive room and the meal. Excellent services, we especially have to mention their staff in the restaurant, their service is impeccable and they have made us feel very welcome ! The food was very good too, frankly, we had never expected such high quality of food and service. The room was also exceeded our expectation, it was a very nice decor and modern room, the bed/ mattress was extremely comfortable! My husband and i had a very good night sleep! We didnt have the spa treatment so couldnt comment on it but from the look of the friendly lady sitting by the reception, i have the feeling the treatment would be very good too. Finally, the gym is also very modern. There were only a couple minor things... (We actually would give this hotel 6 out of 5 if it hadnt been like this!) 1) we didnt have wi-fi in our room and was told that we would have to pay if we wanted wi-fi which we thought it was really unacceptable in today's hotel facilities, wi-fi is almost a standard service now these days, considering even superdrug or Mcdonalds would give you free wi-fi as soon as you walk in to their stores! 2) the swimming pool temperature was too low, we just swam a couple of length and decided we were better off to stay in the sauna instead as the water was way too cold to swim. We are the regulars in our local swimming pool so we were pretty sure the temperature of the hotel pool was way too low.
Despite that which is fairy minors, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we would definitely come back again.

I had a great, relaxing time again, the spa is lovely and clean, the staff is really friendly and helpful, it's the ideal place to chill out. Nice facilities!
This time I had an Indian head massage, which was very nice and relaxing. Celine, the young massage therapist lady is lovely, a very caring therapist, always checks if the pressure she uses is comfortable for you, you are comfortable, music is not too loud etc. She is very good and provides a relaxing, lovely, professional treatment which is highly recommended to enhance your spa day.
Nice venue and good treatments on offer. The hotel is in a commercial area so not fantastic when you look out of the window, but inside is lovely.
Staff where lovely and very helpful. Dinner was good and breakfast was very nice, they can make fresh waffle, pancakes, omelettes etc.
Room was nice and clean, we where given a free chocolate bar which was a nice treat.
Spa facilities where good but it would have been nice to have a Jacuzzi.
We are planning another trip to this place for a girly getaway.
I did a £30 spa day with back scrub treatment. Absolute bargain! Pool was lovely, lovely aromatherapy steam room and sauna. Very clean throughout. Treatment was very good too with excellent therapist.
It doesn't have lots of extras like more expensive spas, but for £30, it was great value, as most treatments at other spas cost more than this on their own!! Will definitely go back soon.
