We got a brilliant deal! There for it is 5 stars for what we‘ve paid and what we‘ve got.
It was a two day spa retreat including a night but really it’s a one day spa. The first day, then after check out at 11am you’re done.
The food in the Restaurant was really really good, person at spa reception was rude and the spa facilities had the jacuzzis missing. There were a lot of kids in the spa which we didn’t appreciate and it was so packed that we didn’t find a chair to sit on for a good while.
Not enough lounges around the pool. Steam room and sauna small but good. Staff sometimes abrasive but overall helpful. Chlorine strong from the pool but overall nice atmosphere. Would visit again.
Well to start I didn’t Evan get to use my spa day and they’ve still kept the money, after booking afternoone tea package we where told our treatments would be at 6.30 at night we explained this is not afternoon tea wich was booked for 12.30 so wanted us to wait 5 hours for our treatments after trying to get in touch for 3 straight days it wasent untill the day we was going someone rang us back denied us a refund so now have a case open with pay pal, would fully recommend the Hilton in reading
