We were verbally attacked by one of their “regular costumers,” charged £400 without consent and was being kicked out. As a victim of verbal abuse in the past, it really triggered me when on of their staff members said he agrees the man could shout/ swear abusively at us, tower over us and use his height and body to threaten us 5” girls, because he initially sent a complain that we were making Tiktok videos in the foyer. We asked for the police to be called but nothing was done to help us.
The spa day was really relaxing and great value. I was worried that as a vegan they wouldn’t be able to accommodate special diets but I was totally surprised to find not only did they have an issue with this when I came to book, but the holiday inn even had its own vegan menu, with lots of choice! I will definitely be back!!!
Mum's birthday treat. Lovely but took a while to get loungers. Had to ask several times for robes and lots of dirty utensils. Actually treatment was awesome, so good I paid for a second one the following day.
Nice but treatment was quite rushed and spa very busy so not particularly a relaxing experience
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We went for the overnight spa break with 2 course evening meal and mini treatment.
