We had a great time. The deal was fab. The sauna and steam room were closed because of COVID which was expected but we still enjoyed time round the pool. Everyone loved their treatment. The food was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issues I had were that they charged £3.50 for a glass of hot water and lemon slice! And I was unable to use my phone to pay for the extras when we checked out as the contactless payment didnt work. I didn't have a card so my friend had to settle
Company are scammers, avoid this company. They tried to force me to go while I had to self isolate then didn't refund or allow me to rebook.
Really recommend this spa. Was very peaceful and nice facilities. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Very relaxing
Lovely venue but poor treatment organisation. They lost my form so my 55 minute massage was actually about 45 minutes whilst they sorted it out. The afternoon tea was really good and the facilities were really good so it's a shame the treatment let it down.
