The clinic was lovely and Monkia was very reassuring. Loved the experience- definitley reccommend.
My patch test didn’t happen , cause first of all they changed location so gooogle took me to one place then had to walk other 10 min to their actual location . Arrived at the gate I rang for Envie , the gate opened but inside wasnt any indication where to go next . I checked all the floors and I couldn’t find Where Envie was ! I tried to call them and a voicemail instructed me to email them if I wanted to get in touch . Terrible experience , total waste of time !
Arrived there, no one was there, waited 15 minutes- no one came so I left, total waste of time, no one called or text to apologise just never heard anything
amazing treatment once again, always feel so comfortable and the appointment was done in just 20 minutes :)
