Elley was so was so lovely and chatty which made the time fly. She was very patient and took a lot of time making sure my hair was the way i wanted it to be by asking me about the colour and cut throughout the process

Elley came to my house for my treatments, which was so convenient for me. It also meant I felt much more comfortable having waxes such as Hollywood, full Leg and Stomach. She was so professional, and it was the most affordable wax I have had where quality was not compromised. Overall, a very quick, thorough and easy waxing experience. I would recommend!

Gel mani and gel pedi were completed to such a poor standard that I had to get someone round from another service the next day to remove the gels and re-do it all. This woman was shocked at the "work" that had been carried out. Ragged edges, cuticles not pushed back or clipped properly, gel varnish on cuticles and skin, paint work bubbled. The way she spoke about some of her clients was so beyond unprofessional. Very uncouth and completely inappropriate.
