I have had a few treatments here and they've been great. The beauticians are all friendly and helpful. The facial I had this time was not the best, the atmosphere wasn't great as music was playing through a phone with ads interrupting/videos playing. the products kept going into my nose and eyes so i had a lot of stinging and burning. when therapist left the room for 10 minutes I could hear hairdryers outside so not very relaxing. I think it may have just been a one off as normally no issues
