Not very happy with the manicure :( it was kinda rushed and it doesn’t look great, especially around cuticles

First time we went was ok but second time booked yet had to wait nearly 45 mins to be seen then on our last appointment booked for permanent white tip at £25 pounds. Confirmed white tip before he started and then he carried on and we got to the end and was charged £40…. Very confused.
