Things started off well when I started going to Eden spa, they looked after me very well.
Until recently, needed to move some appointments around. I missed one appointment by accident, an honest accident. I apologised profusely first thing when I called the next working day, the receptionist was fine rescheduing my app. I wanted to amend a booking this week. But instead I had a heated argument with the manager. She was very rude, very condescending and completely unreasonable, absolutely not acceptable. She repeated a few times "I don't want you as a client anymore and I can't deal with the amendments you make." She said 24notice is required for cancellation or amendment. There is no such information available either on their website or booking via Treatwell. She even prevented me to make future booking via the treatwell app, she said she would cancel them, seriously unacceptable and unprofessional. I called Treat well and they confirmed Edenspa cannot stop me from making future bookings. I am so upset, angry and feel wrongly accused. Future clients beware.
