Treated my girlfriend on her birthday for a spa and dine. The lady at reception who greeted us was really friendly and paid attention to all our needs. It was a Sunday and the spa was not very busy, which made the environment more personal and relaxing. Massages that we had were spot on. Had a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return.
Loved the visist. The spa ladies were second to non and couldnt do enough for you and really made my day as were the staff in the restaurant at lunch.

I went there yesterday to celebrate my birthday with my sister, we booked the Half Day Spa & Dine deal which I thought was a great steal. As soon as you walk in the hotel the lobby looked really stunning, Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The spa receptionist was really wonderful, she gave us a quick tour of the facilities at the start and supplied us with robes and slippers and our own locker keys. Before we started our treatment we were left to enjoy all the facilities as we pleased, the relaxation room with the hot stone beds was amazing,really relaxing with the view of the o2, soothing music and if we got thirsty there was also a mini bar area in the corner where you could grab a cup of refreshing water. For our treatment I had the 60 minute swedish massage and my sister had the 60 minute aromatheraphy massage, we had the massage together in a couples room which was nice, the lady with the short hair that did my massage was amazing, she was really friendly, professional and was genuinely interested in wanting to know which areas needed extra attention, I told her I've been having a bit of trouble with my shoulders and my back, by the time I finished my massage I felt really refreshed and calm, all the tight knots were gone, the pressure of the massage was spot on, not too soft and not too hard just perfect, I asked my sister and she said she also enjoyed her aromatheraphy massage. After we finished our treatment we went to tryout the steam room/experience showers/sauna. The spa overall was really lovely, it would have been even more nice if there was a jacuzzi or hot tub or swimming pool but it's okay not really a deal breaker. Once in the restaurant the waitresses were really lovely aswell, they're excellent at their job, the food was top quality, cant find anything negative to say everything was perfect and Im glad I decided to celebrate my birthday here, one of the best birthday I've ever had. Thank you East River Spa, I will definately be coming back here again! 5 stars!
I went for a revival spa and dine day with my boyfriend and had a very enjoyable day. On arrival there was no one at reception, we waited for about 15 minutes before dialing the number shown at the desk and checking at hotel reception. However when someone finally showed up, we found her to be very pleasant, friendly and attentive. We both had very good tailored back massages and spent some time using the spa facilities. Although the spa is small, it is not overcrowded and has good facilities, very relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the heated chairs and complimentary beverages in the relaxation room. After the spa, we had afternoon tea at the hotel's restaurant which was decent. I would definitely go back for another spa day.
