The spa is in a lovely hotel, a short walk from East India DLR station. The facilities include a sauna, steam and relaxation room. Unfortunately there is not a pool or a jacuzzi, however, the relaxation room was lovely. There were hot stone loungers, complimentary apples, hot drinks and fruit flavoured water. We had the massage and Prosecco deal. The massage was good and all staff were lovely. A wonderful find, I will definitely be back. I felt so relaxed afterwards.
