Great therapist, treatments were good particularly the facial. Only criticism would be that the beauty room is just behind a hairdressing salon i could hear a lot of noise whilst having a massage so could not really relaxing despite the therapist doing her best to set the room ambience.

Overall happy with the result but the cuticles removal process was a bit uncomfortable.
