I turned up for a deep tissue massage and there was no one on the reception. Someone came up to me, mumbled something along the lines that I should text the girl and let her know I'm here (obviously I booked though this app and had no such details) and was then put me in a random corridor and I was left alone there for 20 minutes before I walked out. Before leaving I asked the women who was now on the reception what happened to my appointment and I was told they had no record of it. No apology was given. If I were you I'd avoid this place as if appears very unprofessional.

The massage was fantastic. She had great strength and could pin point all the knots and tight places. Acupuncture was fine, and cupping interesting. Some confusion when I first arrived as the Acupuncturist was out and the other team didn't know about the package booking, but all turned out fine in the end. Will definitely book a massage again and will probably continue with acupuncture treatment.

I felt very welcomed and looked after. The Dr. was very knowledgeable. however the English of the staff was a little hard to understand.

I received a lovely friendly welcome and found all the staff to be very professional and experienced. It was my first time having acupuncture and I enjoyed it a lot, and the message was powerful and made me feel so much better for days afterwards. I will definitely be going back for more treatments.
