Hugo actually cut my hair as he was the barber working, and wasn’t aware I had an appointment or prepaid. Really happy with cut and will go back to him again, but the pre book process through treatwell wasn’t managed properly. I will book through barbers own website next time.

Despite being clear about what I wanted the barber seemed to make his own decisions and was very rough with the clippers. When I asked for a centre parting he was confused and went on to style my hair like it was a chore. I followed this up two days after my initial appointment to get a closer skin fade but they were determined to make me pay again and were not at all helpful in resolving my frustration. Not worth £29 and will not be returning

Besrd trim. The barber asked.me what I wanted but then he completely ignored each one of my repeated polite directions almost defiantly. He was not the friendliest barber I ever met either. But many barbers do what they know and ignore what they don't, in my experience. So from now on I've resolved to try and trim my own beard.

Started half an hour late. Had to cancel some plans, but the haircut itself was pretty good. Will be back, but I'd like to start on time next time.
