Just dreadful from start to finish. She didn’t have a clue what a Brazilian wax was. Shouldn’t have let her anywhere near me. Ended up with a Hollywood, which I stressed several times what I wished for, however she just ignored that and carried on messing her job up

Very underwhelmed with my foot treatment. Dry skin/calluses not removed at all. It looked better after the moisturiser was applied but now it's washed off my feet look no different from before I had the treatment.

Not a great manicure, the shellac is coming off the day after, painted all the way to the cuticles - does not see like a hygienic place, will not be going again. Staff were friendly but not worth the price.
