The gel pedicure started peeling after 1 week. It lasts longer even if I do it myself at home. Also by mistake I booked soak off thinking mistakenly that this means that feet are soaked, dead skin was removed etc. It meant removing of all gel lac. I didnt have any and I wasn’t offered any refund of what I paid extra. Finally, the booking system of Treatwell was not integrated with the saloon’s diary so my initial appointment had to be rebooked for another date (which was not as convenient for me). I thought the higher price and the nice looking saloon would mean quality pedicure, but this wasn’t the case unfortunately. I’m very disappointed.
