The lady tried hard but the experience took forever and my manicure was not well done - patchy with lots of white showing at the tops of my nails. The salon was deserted with loud music playing and not very clean. Uncomfortable pedicure as you have to hold your feet up and can’t rest them on anything. She did fix my manicure after some debate but her attitude was stroppy and she wanted me to pay her directly by card even though I’d paid via Treatwell already. Disappointing!

When I arrived at the salon it was closed despite showing as open on treatwell. I finally heard back from the salon (two days later) who advised I would receive a refund, I’m still waiting for this refund 10 days later!!
