Perfect as usual and this time I cut my hair by ZACH, lovely people in general I had a laugh. What is a pity there isn’t a brunch near by I leave on the Center , but is alright I will keep caming. I love the way my hair looks and I’ll see you next month.

Staff today were very nice Amber and Alex A lady I spoke to on the phone on 2 occasions had a very aggressive tone and manner. I was recommended by a friend which is why I booked. If I wasn’t recommended I wouldn’t have gone after speaking to the lady on the phone. My friend paid £25 for her roots . I was quoted £40 when I went for allergy test . I booked through Treatwell as the salon did not answer the phone . Through Treatwell I learn that a discount is offered at less busy times . I expected to pay £25.90 ?as I booked throughTreatwell. Probably the aggressive lady wanted to charge more £44 which is what she quoted on the phone without looking at my hair . Hair prices should be consistant . If a discount is offered as stated by Treatwell at less busy times customers should be adviced accordingly by the salon or Treatwell should not give the incorrect information I bought a hair product as recommended by Alex .
