Lovely welcome from Gus on arrival - clear discussion on colour/cut for Bob-style. Hair treatment and head massage were blissful and effective - giving a wonderful sheen to hair when styled. Great attention to detail to create perfect bob - including hairline at base of bob. Looking forward to my next appointment with Gus already!
