I loved the staff member, she made me feel at ease and was very friendly. Would have been nicer if there were separate cubicles rather than being sectioned via curtains because I could hear what the other clients around me were saying, and considering the price I would have expected their facilities to be a bit better. Still it was a nice experience
Facial was very nice and using Dermatologica products. I would have liked the extraccion to be for longer/deeper but overall the traetment was good and my skin felt nice. The noise IS a problem; i had people hoovering, washing up and other domestic activities while I had my treatment. They should defo consider this to improve their services
Excellent treatment as ever at this speedy and friendly place
