So I went with a picture of a light balayage and ombré on brown hair. Something with light blonde touches that would look really natural and would blend nicely with my brown hair. But what happened is that my hair was just dyed (no foils of course) with a brush, until almost my roots. So now it just looks like I am dying my hair “caramel” colour but forgetting to dye the roots! Where is the technical expertise? No blend no nothing. The outcome is just bad. Very amateur

Haircut was standard, however it was shorter than we’d decided and no heat protection or serum was used during the blow dry which left my hair scraggly. The hair treatment mask was only on for 5 minutes so I don’t think it was worth it. Staff was wonderful tho, really super nice.
