The lady doing the wax was really lovely, but she accidentally took off too much hair, so ended up doing a Hollywood instead of a Brazilian so that it didn't look weird. I didn't mind this, but they did then try to charge me extra at the end for this, which didn't seem particularly fair as it was a mistake on their side in the first place.
