I didn't originally book a face peel but after consultation with Ronaldo he said it would be better for my skin than the facial I had booked (at no extra cost). He was right and I'm very pleased with the results. He gave good advice and spent time with me. I'll definitely go back.

I came here for an Endermologie facial, but for some unknown reason, without consultation or clear explanation, the therapist but a chemical peel on my face at the end. It caused a severe reaction on my face (I have very sensitive skin). I was due to go on holiday to a hot country only two weeks later and would never have agreed to a chemical peel due to increased photosensitivity. In addition to this, at the end of the session, we were tempororily locked in the building and had to ask the next customer to unlock the door from the outside.

I had such a lovely experience with Ronaldo. He made me feel so at ease and welcome and full of compliments. The treatment itself was very pleasant and my skin felt amazing after. Ronaldo went above and beyond for me, giving lots of great advice on a good skincare regime and it was just a lovely day overall. I would rate it outstanding in every department
