Manage wasn't good she didn't even know how to do Swedish massage. And I booked my afternoon tea at 12:30pm they wore late and arrived at 12:51pm wasn't much impress of the services I got

The night before our planned trip was a Sunday I received a email asking me to review the Groupon/product bought as it had been used. Upon checking with my Groupon account it said it had in fact been used. This lead to stress & anxiety thinking we had mixed up dates. Next, we were informed that afternoon tea was not available if we wanted it we would have to come back another day, no apology in fact it was like we inconvenienced them. Also, it is tiny 2 people struggle to change in the area.

We used the spa before our treatment and really loved the jacuzzi. We also used the steam room before our massage and mini facial. Both of us were happy with the treatments. I have never had a hot stone massage before, it was quite nice. We enjoyed the facial too. Definitely would return there in the future.

The lady doing my facial kept sneezing and wiping her face with her sleeve which made me incredibly uncomfortable. I have facial piercings and she didn’t even attempt to consider them whilst trying to wipe my face with a towel she almost ripped my piercings out without apology.
