The appointment was at 6pm and it started at 6:40pm.
The treatment was supposed to lenght 1 hours and it took 40 minutes.
I was expecting manual extraction and the therapist didn't do it and when I asked at the end of the treatment why she didn't do it she replied that I should have asked for that, when in the description of the treatment it says it is part of the session.
Overall not a satisfactory service.
Other than the massage chair not working, this was a great pedicure! My therapist took the time to take off my shellac from a previous place (which was practically cement) without damaging my nails. Would return!
Calm space, very kind and professional advice and service.
I like it very much.
Very happy, booked on the day, was seen right away and waxing was done well and quickly.
