Possibly the worst manicure I've ever had. The lady used a dirty towel to lay equipment on, equipment wasn't sterlilized, and staff was very inexperienced. Took multiple attempts to file my nails into the correct shape, and the lady blamed it on my nails being weak (which isn't a nice thing to say). My nails are floppy, splodgy, and the gel paint is out of the lines/cuticles. There's nail paint on my skin and, perhaps most frustratingly, the process took over an hour!! It was so bad that I left before even getting the pedicure, and for all this I paid £60. Stay away, ladies!!! There are many more better places around, and the price for this one is unreasonably steep.
