I was charged an extra £10 because they said my hair was long. It is shorter than shoulder length so I was very surprised at this and was only told after the cut before I was leaving so I could not refuse. This made the overall haircut quite expensive (£37) and this is more than the price you would pay anyway in this salon. It should not be allowed that they can charge more than what you have already paid online. I would not recommend.
Lots of magazines, lovely staff, great service, overall good experience. I'm happy with the outcome and I will definitely be returning!
Really lovely staff and great service. Highlights were done exactly how I wanted and the blow dry was really good. Haircut was good too so overall really happy.

Simply amazing! Staff friendly and really was one of the best hair colour and head massages I've had.
I will be booking another next time my partner will get treated too!
