I have used many lash technicians and I’m also a lash technician myself. Racquel at Cherry Bar is amazing and I will only be using her from now on. She was very polite and welcoming, her work space was extremely clean. I was offered refreshments. Overall I was made to feel very relaxed through the treatment. I have recommended to many of my friends and I also will be a returning customer as I now want nobody else to touch my eyes apart from Racquel and her magic hands.
On arrival the setting was very tidy and it had an inviting atmosphere. The manager was very welcoming and had everything set up ready to get to work. It was my first time getting individual lashes, but she was very accommodating to the fact and continously asked if I was in any discomfort at all. I happened to have a personal issue arise and had to take a call, which she was understanding of.
Overall a wonderful experience great customer service. As for lashes- FAB!! Will definitely visit again
