First impression:Friendly staff, beautiful salon, lovely decorated, makes you feel you have really treated yourself .
I had Elemis Pro-collagen Age Defy Facial and thoroughly enjoyed it. My face felt smooth and soft and I was well relaxed afterwords. I loved the heated beds and towels. I wish I had been given a little advice on how to look after my skin and what products are being used during the facial.

Building a bit shabby in places , the paint in my treatment room was peeling a bit. Didn’t distract from experience at all but I was surprised to see this when everything else was tip top!
It’s an old building which is part of its charm so I expect maintenance is a big job!
