Staff were great, very welcoming and friendly. Treatments were great also.
The only negative is that there weren't enough loungers. It was very busy the day we were there and me being pregnant, I wanted to relax on the lounger but they were all "reserved" with towels, despite this being against rules. Some people has to sit at the side of the pool as there was not enough seating.

The spa was busy. Luckily arrived early enough to get 2 loungers together by the pool.
Reported blood on the floor by the pool were another guest had cut their foot.
It took 15 minutes for someone to come & clean this away & he did this by dragging a towel around the floor with his foot.
My massage was excellent but my friend was less than pleased with hers.
Treatment rooms were chilly so was glad of the heated bed.
Was also very cold in the bar area where the afternoon tea was served. A portable heater was placed next to our table which helped a little.
The hotel is having a lot of work done so hopefully the heating is something they will be sorting out.
The afternoon tea was very nice with plenty of refills to our teapot.

It was a pleasant day. I came for a solo day away from everything.

Be aware building work is taking place just now under new owners. The spa is next up to be refurbished I was told.

Pool is small but was quiet. Small plastic steam room and lovely wooden sauna. Over treated jacuzzi. Pleasant relaxation area with garden views.

Good lunch in restaurant with excellent service. I had express facial and shoulder massage. Treatments were good

Downs? The cold changing rooms, no spinner or bags for wet suits and unfortunately crossed paths with a rude male member of Staff.

As I was leaving, I made a polite suggestion that they could highlight the fact that lunch included in spa day is only 2 courses. (I ended up paying extra for dessert and drinks)

She was apologetic but then he interrupted and said
"You should have known". Yes. Well I didn't! So....maybe it needs to be pointed out to customers?

It was blatant undermining of a perfectly capable and pleasant female member of staff. I wasn't impressed.

Lovely staff and welcoming. Spa needs an update and warming up, it was chilly in the changing area and corridors. We didn't use the steam room/sauna due to pregnancy so can't comment.
Food and service at lunch was super, really pleased.
All of us were relaxed and enjoyed the treatment.

Excellent visit to the Chakra Spa.
My daughter and i visited on a Friday the hotel has had a refurb and is looking very good. The moment we were met with friendly smiles given info about the day we looked at the menu and chose our lunch then headed to the swimming pool area .Lots of sun beds and setter to lounge on lovely hot Steam room and Sauna also a Jucassi bath. The pool was a little chilly but we managed our lengths It is due for a refurb also so be great to go when this is done.
My full body massage was amazing 55 mins of pure bliss .
Lunch was outstanding very attentive staff 10/10 for this.
We had a good 6 hours here Slippers Towels and robes provided. For the £130.00 for two that we paid well worth it. Thank you Chakra Spa we will be returning soon

My daughter and I had a much needed spa day after a few stressful months. We were treated by the staff like royalty and we had an amazing, relaxing time. The food was absolutely first class too. Thank you to everyone.

This place is amazing. I've been a few times now and each time I've had at least one treatment and the ladies there are amazing and have mastered their skills, each time I come out after having a massage I am beyond relaxed and all my aches and pains have gone. The facilities are great and there is tea and coffee and water if you need. We also always have afternoon tea which is delicious and the cakes are still warm indicating their freshness. I take my mum as a treat and it'seems a perfect girly day out. But would also serve great as a hen do get a away or a couples retreat

Great value for the price and the food was amazing. Massage great, but staff did not really help with the experience. Might be a bit crowded if bust, but for what we paid - spot on

This was my first visit to the Chakra Spa, which was a birthday treat, that I shared with a friend.
Initially, as the Felbridge Hotel is undergoing renovation work, booking an appointment direct was not possible, as their telephone lines and computerised booking system had not been working for a month - but I was pleased to find it on Treatwell, which made making a booking possible (even having their direct email to request treatment selection.
The entrance was a little confusing, but once in the spa we were greeted and completed consultation paperwork prior to commencing the experience. Nice clean towels, robes and disposable slippers were provided, with a variety of refreshments available at all times.
We had both selected the Elemis facial and the Back, Neck and Shoulder massage. We commenced with the facial, but I found that the beauty couch had a central hard support bar under the padding at the top end, which was positioned just where your upper back lays (the therapist - Sam - placed a towel which helped a little), but the couch was cosy as it had a heated blanket underneath (the day was chilly, so this was most welcomed).
We then went into the spa area for around 45 mins using the sauna and the jacuzzi. The water was a little on the cool side, and the spa area itself is starting to look a little tired in its décor (rusty metal railing surrounding the pool does not give a clean and cared for appearance), which is a shame as the area is quite neat and comfortable.
Then we continued with the Back, Neck and Shoulder massage with Saddaff, and this was a wonderful treatment, her technique was very good with the right pressure, although I do like a deeper massage, this was very relaxing as well as invigorating. I highly recommend Saddaff (and as a therapist myself, I know a good massage when I receive it!)
Lunch was magnificent, although we decided to change prior to walking to the restaurant, as it was outside the building across a courtyard, although I did not many who went over in their robes even though the day was still cold outside!
The overall experience was excellent at the Chakra Spa, and I would not hesitate for a return visit!

Great treatment, lovely pool, unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working and there was building work going on but we had a great day.

On arrival we realised that building work was going on. We weren't informed of this when booking. The poor receptionist was on day 2 of her job and couldn't answer any questions. She didn't recognise that we were there for a day rather than treatments and it was a special birthday for a friend (pre ordered fizz would have been an indication). Not her fault at all for day 2 with no training. Because of the building work, we were unable to order drinks; we had to cross the court yard to find a temporary reception area to order latte but no decaf. There were complimentary drinks but with paper cups and instant. The showers were dirty on arrival at 10am. The pool area is pleasant and warm. The jacuzzi was out of order for the first hour but this was fixed luckily. Showers by the pool were freezing. For lunch, we had to again go outside in our robes cross the courtyard into the bar area which was really uncomfortable as we were mingling with business people. The restaurant was shared also which you don't expect on a spa day. Food was good.
Overall not a great experience and we really should have been informed of the disruption before booking.

It was all very good and lovely, but in the middle of a refurb, so a bit all over the place, but areas were looking tired, so in need of the refurb.
