First lava shell massage I’ve had and it was so soothing to have the heat and pressure alongside the massage. A firm and very therapeutic treatment that really helped iron out the knots in my tense muscles. I would highly recommend Carrie

A great experience start to finish.
Easy parking at the venue, the treatment room was warm and smelled lovely.
The bed is very strong and sturdy (important for me).
Sara discussed before what I wanted to focus on in the time we had. She asked about pressure throughout and checked in with me. Also gave good advice about stretching.

A very nice experience which really relaxed me all over and I realised later in the day that I no longer had any pains from the arthritis in my right thumb and my neck, which are an annoyance and an inconvenience, especially when I am trying to do normal everyday things with my hand.
So I will certainly be going back again for further treatment.
